Cancellation and Refunds: Online Classroom Learning

Ram Krishna Academy reserves the right to postpone or cancel an event due to instructor illness or force majeure events (such as floods, earthquakes, political instability, pandemic situations like COVID-19, etc.).

Refund Requests: Refund requests will not be accepted if you have attended more than one day’s session of the online classroom training or have accessed/downloaded course material from the learning portal.
Discounted Courses: No refund will be provided for discounted courses.
Academic Institute Tie-Up Courses: No refund will be provided for courses tied up with academic institutes.
Degree Programs: No refunds are applicable for degree programs. All enrollments and payments made are final.
No Show: If the participant does not turn up for the scheduled session, no refund will be provided.
Taxes: In the case of a refund, the amount of taxes will not be refunded.
Batch Deferral / Rescheduling Policy: If a learner wants to defer the batch or restart classes in a new batch, such requests can be made by emailing support@ramkrishnaacademy.com. One-time batch deferral is allowed without any additional cost. Learners can request batch deferral to any cohort starting within the next 3-6 months from the start date of the initial batch in which they were originally enrolled. Batch deferral requests are accepted only once and should not be made after completing more than 20% of the program. If a learner wants to defer the batch a second time, a batch deferral fee equal to 10% of the total course fees paid for the program plus taxes is applicable.

Note: All refunds will be processed within 30 working days after the review and approval of any such request.

Cancellation and Refunds: Self-Paced Learning

No Refunds: No refund will be provided for self-paced courses.
Account Sharing: No refund will be provided, and access will be revoked if the course is found to be shared with others or if the intention of the course purchase is to copy the material/content. In such cases, the account will be blocked immediately.
Dispute Resolution

Every dispute, difference, or question which may arise between the parties hereto or any person claiming under them, touching or arising out of or in respect of this agreement or the subject matter thereof, shall be referred to a sole Arbitrator appointed by the first party. The award passed by the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties hereto. The venue of arbitration will be Raigarh, Chhattisgarh. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Raigarh, Chhattisgarh, India.
